Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All original and print orders are shipped within 7 business days.

Original paintings are shipped via Parcel Force.

International shipping for large paintings must be arranged in advance - please use the contact form to obtain a quote.

Prints orders are fulfilled and shipped via a third party provider.

• Prints A4 size and smaller will be packaged flat with layers of acid free paper and cardboard, wrapped in a recyclable sugar cane mail bag.

• Prints larger than A4 size are wrapped in acid free paper and sent rolled in a postal tube.

• Prints are individually made to order. Please allow 7 business days for all print orders to be dispatched. Please note at busy times of the year (November and December), the lead time may be longer.

You will receive shipping notification along with tracking information once your product has been dispatched. Shipping times on all orders vary by location.

Customers are responsible for any country specific tax and customs costs.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for original paintings only. They must be tracked, insured and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Prints are made to order, therefore all print sales are final.

Any missing or damaged orders will be investigated and refunded if necessary. Please provide notification within 3 days of receipt for damaged items.
